The SRE pipe end expander is a hydraulically operated machine that is used to calibrate ovalised pipe ends for straight pipes and pipe elbows. During this process, the pipe ends are expanded, resulting in optimal weld seam preparation. .

Pipe diameters ranging from 50 to 1600 mm
Pipe wall thicknesses up to 60 mm
Forming sections from 30 to 100 mm
The SRF pipe end milling machine is used for circular processing of pipe ends for the purposes of weld seam preparation. The flexible CNC machine has been designed for various milling geometries. Typical applications for the SRF pipe end milling machine are J-shaped bevels or bevels with defined angles on straight pipe ends, T-pieces and pipe elbows.
